Frequently Asked Questions

Device setup and simultaneous viewing are different. Use the connection option attached to your TAZZ TV order; installing a player on another device does not add an extra connection. Contact support with your order reference for help with your allowance.

Look for the instructions supplied with your TAZZ TV order and check your email spam folder. If the details are missing, email contact@tazztv.org with your order reference and payment date.

A VPN is not a universal fix for playback problems. Start by checking your connection and player settings. Network and geographic restrictions vary, and a VPN can also slow a connection.

Restart your player and router, pause other downloads, and test the connection on the device you use for viewing. Try Ethernet where available. Compare another stream and lower the player quality if that option exists. If the problem continues, send support the channel, time, device and error message.

A busy connection, Wi-Fi interference, the player or the source stream can affect live playback. Test other channels and your device connection before assuming one cause. Share the event, channel and time with support.

Email contact@tazztv.org to ask about current reseller options. This page does not establish reseller pricing or an account entitlement.

Refer to the account instructions supplied for your order for activation and expiry details. Contact TAZZ TV with your order reference if you cannot find them.

Use the email address entered at checkout and quote your order reference when contacting TAZZ TV. Include the date and issue you need help with; never send your card number or account password.

Install a compatible player from a trusted source. Open its account or playlist screen and use the login format supplied for your subscription. Enter the server, username and password or playlist URL exactly as provided. The player app and your TAZZ TV subscription are separate.

Use a compatible player available for your device. Add the account or playlist using the format in your setup instructions. Keep the server address and login details unchanged, and allow the playlist to load before starting playback.

If your setup provides an M3U playlist, use a compatible playlist client and follow its current configuration screens. Add the supplied URL exactly and enable the client. Do not change the URL or expose it in a public screenshot.

If your order uses portal setup, follow the instructions supplied for that device and enter the portal address exactly. The device identifier must match the one attached to the account. Contact support before resetting the box.

Use a compatible player available for your TV model. Depending on the app, setup may use account credentials, a playlist or a device identifier. Follow the supplied instructions. A player licence does not replace the IPTV subscription.

Check your internet connection, re-enter the supplied login details carefully and restart the player. Review whether another device is already using your connection allowance. Send support the error message and order reference if you still cannot sign in.

Paste the complete playlist URL without extra spaces. Do not remove parts of the address. Restart the player and check your internet connection. If it still fails, contact support and keep the private playlist URL out of public messages.

Confirm the portal address and device identifier match your setup instructions, then restart the player and router. Test a wired connection where possible. Share the device model and error with support; avoid firmware downgrades or a factory reset without a clear reason.
